Our guards are trained and are cleared by Zimbabwe Republic Police before
employment. To enable our guards to execute their work effectively, efficiently and
professionally, our minimum standard is that we equip each of them with a baton stick,
hand cuffs, a whistle and pepper spray.
Our guards are guided by Assignment Instructions drafted by both parties, the client and ourselves, which shows in detail exactly how they should execute their duties as prescribed by the client. For the benefit of both parties, we assign supervisors who check the guards on our sites day and night. Each station has an Occurrence Book (OB), meant for recording all events happening at each site which the supervisors sign when they visit the premises. The clients are also encouraged to acquaint themselves with OB so as to familiarize with theon-goings at their premises.
As Relievers Security we are the experts in moving cash, cheques and valuables safely and securely and offer a comprehensive. We take on the risk, enabling our extensive client base to focus on their core business activities. People responsible for the transportation of cash and/or valuables do not come in contact with the packages at any stage and cannot open the security containers.
